I am really sorry, but in your deal is not specified what should happend in case you recieve the item back as present, so i can't ask him to give you something.

Please try to find a friendly way to resolve this.

1. I do not write on complain to hear about your feeling i wanna know exactly what i must write this prob appeared 2 times.
2. by my last complain i wrote:  the 2 items must be return not as a present or he will pay me 50%.
17.11.06 01:53  Answer from Ellara was: 50% of the price as interest + money for repair is too high, deal is illegal, complaint denied.
So if i wrote about what should happend in case I receive the item back as present,  my deal is illegal.  
If i only "write the items  must be return NOT as a PRESENT" PAl cannot do something.
So in one of my 2 complains i must receive somthing or may be a 3rd solution exit?
If a 3rd solution exist i will take it to receive somthing just tell me what is it.

AND at the end I wrote:

the deal that t i have setup on the "Deals" forum did not fullfill by his part.He never returned me the rings transfered. To fullfill the deal i must receive a transfered ring! so i wait of it and i ask for 2 cr the lating day.
YOU can  ask him to give me something= 2 cr a lating day

as I had problems with internet connections I couldn't enter the game and pay...

but today when I entered he wrote me

i have heard such history about one noop who always tald thigs like this...
He also had good connections but when he must pay or help someone.. his connection at once became bad..
