DO NOT PUNISH PLAYERS FOR A SINGLE MISTYPE IN CASE HE/SHE FORGOT TO SWITH THE KEYBOARD LAYOUT.
For example [char1]to[char2] руддщ    - should NOT be punished, but if it's
[char1]to[char2] руддщ
[char1]to[char3] руддщ  
[char1]to[char4] руддщ        - that kinds of actions should be punished as illegal language.
