In case you needed further proof that the human race is doomed through stupidity, here are some actual label instructions on consumer goods:

*On packaging for a Rowenta iron -- "Do not iron clothes on body."
(but wouldn't this save me time?)
*On Nytol Sleep Aid -- "Warning: May cause drowsiness."
(...I'm taking this because???....)
*On Sainsbury's peanuts -- "Warning: contains nuts."
(talk about a news flash)
*On a Swedish chainsaw -- "Do not attempt to stop chain with your hands or genitals."
(Oh my God..was there a lot of this happening somewhere?)

I have never been THAT drunk... BTW, one guy I know actualy DID the "hand" part when the knob was already released and the chain was slowing down. He thought that the chain was already slow enough that it would not hurt him... he thought wrong...

Anyway, most of those are disclaimers, so that people who actualy do that kind of stuff are not able to sue the company... Have you heard of a woman who has burned herself with coffe from MacDonald's and sued them for hundreds of thousands $ for not warning her that coffe straight from the coffemaker is hot? After that, everyone started writing on their cups that the coffe is hot :/
