Did you like it? I thought it was brilliant...
haven't so it....yet...
bad((( nothing special
STAR WARS SUX
i think its good for people from 7-25 years old.
although i didnot watch it i think as always it special effects were not bad but its just not...
I did watch it, was amazing :P recomended for everyone :)
MUCH better than I and II (if I start talking about those, I'll get 24-hour silence). Finaly something that is wathchable for people more than 3 years old! George Lucas gave public what they wanted: a lot of swordfights, shooting, battles and blood.
Though fanatism of some fans was scary. I know one guy who grows his beard for the sole reason that he wants to look like Obi Wan Kenoby (or how is he called?). Another guy remembered to buy tickets 8!!! months in advance but forgot to register for his classes and almost got kicked out of college o_O.
Im not a great fan of the SW series, but I really liked this 3rd episode. 2 and a half hours of a pretty good movie with some cracking special effects passed like 30 mins for me. And Im not one of these freaks that were ready to pay twice or even three times a normal price to be one of the first to watch it, not at all...
A joke I recently heard:
Putin comes up to George Lucas and asks:
-- When Palpatine became the ruler, something happened to his face, right?
-- Yes. What's wrong with that?
-- Is Yushenko a Sith?
its a totally comercial product.. and it didnt have the 'ending' as we expected because there will be Star Wars TV series about what happend 20 years after Darth Vader was found in that vulcanic planet etc etc
I think special effects aren't 'special' anymore when the entire movie consists of them... And what's the deal with Anakin choking Padme, when the only reason he became a sith was to SAVE her... Worthless...

Talking about fanatism, Jedi is considered a religion, because thousands of geeks chose to write it in... I'd write a link here if it wasn't for the laws here %)
i thought it was great, a lot of accions, fantastic, but i went to the cinema thinking it was other think. great flim
> Manatee Hunter
Well... He choked here because he considered her a traitor. He betrayed everything he believed in and when he told her about that, he saw OBi Wan coming to kill him. This got him in rage (and remember: he had just slaughtered a looooooot of people, so he was in that kind of mood :P). After all, he did not kill her (by choking), just choked a lil' bit.
RELIGION?! Are there people who would have a religious belief based on a MOVIE?! Give me a link in private when you find me online...

Well, not entirely. They don't say that they actually believe the whole jedi thing, it's more like they "follow the jedi code" in their life or something like that. And they signed some government papers with a write-in "jedi" as a religion. You just gotta see some comments people left there, really funny... I'll give ya a link as soon as I find ya.
Some quotes from their site:
"im now a 38 year old jedi, i have been using the force for some 28 years"
"[ # of people singed as "Jedi"] it's 7 out of every 1000 people in the country, and it would make it the fourth largest religion by number in the UK"
And so on...
Star Wars - no thx...
I liked) But watched not in the cimena (nobody wanted to get me there))), on my DVD. Great film. Re-watched it 5 times) Still don't bore.
