when i asked in PRIVATE with Black_Obelisk
:05:00 [WhOwAnAbEmE] private [Black_Obelisk] Do u have the helmet of wearriness for sell ?
and he put the slience spell one me .
28.03.05 05:01  Paladin "Black_Obelisk" has put the silence spell on "WhOwAnAbEmE" for 15 minutes .
i want to know WAS HE RIGHT OR WRONG ???????? .
It's allowed to trade in private . i knew the rule .
Get my face back for me .

The rules state that trading is prohibited in all rooms with the exception, of course, of the trading rooms. So unless the paladin was in one of those rooms, it was justifyed.
Besides, sending a message to a paladin can also be considered as interfering with work (depending on it's substance), which is punishable as well.

What's the purposes of creating PALADINS in COMBATS ????
I think paladins have to be a good personality .he has to help other , understand other and also wise in punishing. And he's not a mechine for doing his job automaticly .
for example .if i write a normal trade message to him ,then he put slience spell on me >There is nothing wrong ,and i will learn from it ,take it in good light .
But i DID WRITE the PRIVATE message to him ???? then he has to consider ,is it good or bad to put slience on me ???? is it necessary to put slience on me ????
And if it's not allowed to trade in private then why don't paladins put slience on me when i was trading with other (Heaps of times )).....??????????
There are Paladins never put slience spell in trading privated messages >i think they are knowing wat they must to do ??? and it's consider a friendly and good paladins.
I'm not shy to say that I rather be a paladin than Black_Obelisk.

Paladins are the same as police, they don't necesserily have to have good personality or be friendly. Their main job is to keep order.
Think of chat violations as speeding, cop can pull you over and give you a warning, or he can write you a ticket right away. If he writes you a ticket for a minor violation, he has the right to do so by law, since you did broke a rule. Usually you will get away with just a warning or be ignored all together, but that doesn't mean that someday someone won't punish you.
Oh, and about the trading with others part - paladins can't read the private messages that aren't sent to them, but if you ask someone in private to buy or sell something, and he doesn't like it, he can report it to a pal the same way he can report cussing.

Idealy player can complain to paladin about unwanted trade messages in his or her private.  Consider paladin one of those players.
