4. I gave Outcast Angel Dark Steel belt adn hemet +75 cr (as rent paymnet) and he gave me Shlem Temnogo Krestanosca and Belt of Cruelty (Poyac Gestokosti). We made that exchange for a week time but more than 3 weeks passed and i got no sign from him.

Due to the deal:

calculating the sum of money for the payback:

(13.12.04 14:53) - (23.12.04 14:53) makes 10days*4cr=40 credits

(23.12.04 14:53) - (18.01.05 08:11) makes 26 days*62cr(price)*1% (as the minimal% fo all loans) makes 16.12 cr

total of 56.12 cr

as for the durability, i remind that it was Durability: 21/50 and
if the current durability will be 1point more then now, InferNa pays 0.25 cr for each point
if the maximum durability will be 1point less then now, InferNa pays 3 cr for each point

please return the money to me or paladin soaringeagle as soon as possible :)

but the item and credits were actually transferred on (11.02.05 16:51)

so it makes additional 23 days.

according to the deal:

For each additional day InferNa pays 7 cr

so it makes additional 7cr*23days=161 cr that were to be paid on (11.02.05 16:51)

baring in mind that:

In total, InferNa still owes 16.12+4=20.12cr

so in total InferNa owed me 161+20.12=181.12 cr on (18.01.05 08:26)

thus i ask to oblige InferNa to pay me this sum of money.

Furthermore, as the minimum % for all loans due to Paladins Guild Trade Code is 1% per day, i want this sum of money to be increased on the sum of rent since (18.01.05 08:26) to the day of the actual payback by InferNa

If the Investigations Department of the Order will decide that my calculations are incorrect, i ask to set the total sum of payback for InferNa by their respected decision that i would definetly admit.

I ask Investigations Department to apply all power granted to it by Law of FC to enforce InferNa to payback all her debt.
