Dear citizens of New Cap, please read and take into account the following information. It will be useful both for mew players, who have just registered here, and for experienced players.

Paladins (players with crosses near nicks) are always ready to help you, but please make it easier for us. To do it please follow some guidelines:

1. Formulate your question straight up to the point, without any introductions, greetings and so on.
2. If a paladin doesn’t answer, don’t fall into panic. Just wait for 5-10 minutes and repeat your question. Or address it to another Paladin in the room.
3. Please feel the difference between Order of Paladins and Administration of the FC. We don’t know when the borders will be open, why Guild Registry doesn’t work and when items for mages will appear.
4. Don’t treat Paladins as people whose favorite down operation is to punish you. Try avoiding question: “Why XXX was silenced?”. Be responsible for yourself and not for our work.
5. And finally please remember that the fact that you don’t know the law, doesn’t release form responsibility!
