Complaints > Deals that have not been fullfilled 

If you've setup a deal with another person on the "Deals" forum and that person did not fullfill his/her part, then complain here.
Format to file a complaint:

1. Link to your nickname ( http://newcapital.combats.com/inf.pl?login=DrWeb )
2. Link to the another party in the deal ( http://newcapital.combats.com/inf.pl?login=Jetkokos )
3. Link to the thread in the "Deals" forum with your deal.
4. What did that person do or how did that person did ot fullfill the agreement set in the deal.

Note: The only complaints that will be accepted, are those, for which the agreements have been posted on the forum AND signed by both parties.
